1. The services, Prepaid Calling Cards, and PINs offered for purchase through choosemcc.com are for personal and business use only and not intended for resale or mass distribution by commercial resellers or distributors.  Any purchases by distributors and resellers, for the purpose of further resale, must be done through direct contact with MasterCall under a separate distributor agreement.

2. In regard to Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), the Customer is responsible for the safekeeping and use of any PINs and must notify MasterCall immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of a PIN. The Customer is liable to MasterCall for all charges incurred through the use of a PIN. All prepaid products including phone cards are non-refundable.

3. Higher rates will apply for calls completed to international cellular phones and some other calls within the country.

4. An additional fee will be deducted for every call placed from a pay phone pursuant to federal law and regulation

5. All sales are final. Phone card PINS issued from this website are Non Refundable, Non Transferable and Non Exchangeable. Phone cards have no cash value.

6. Calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges are subject to change any time, without notice. MasterCall will not be responsible or liable for any change in calling rates, billing increments, fees, taxes, and other charges.

7. MasterCall does not guarantee call quality or connectivity, and will not be responsible or liable for reimbursement of lost minutes or reduction in the stored value of any prepaid card. Connection to a wrong number is a valid call.

8. Service outages extending over few hours to a couple of days may occur. MasterCall will not be liable for such outage, and customers shall have no right to any refund, credit, compensation or damages from MasterCall because of service outage or any other situation arising out of service outage.

9. Unless other specified, all rates apply to calls originating from United States of America (48 contiguous states).

10. Rates/Minutes information is based on entire card being used in one single call.

11. Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly or other maintenance fees & taxes may apply on certain phone cards.

12. MasterCall reserves the right to issue website credit on credit/debit card of the customer.

13. Additional charge per minute applies when using Toll Free Access Number that will impact on the total number of minutes on a card.

14. Since the phone card is a local access card, the company is not responsible for any local charges incurred from local regional carrier of the customer. Please check to locate a local access number from your area before placing a call.

15. MasterCall Calling cards are not for emergency or urgent calls.
