How long does activation take?
If you apply between 9:00am and 5:00pm EST, Monday thru Friday, the verification process takes 30-60 minutes. If you apply any other time, your account will be verified at the beginning of the next business day. The verification is conducted for your security only and only on your first order. After you account is verified, payments are processed within 10 minutes.

How long does it take to recharge an MCC Card?
Come back and recharge your existing card or buy a new one. Either way the payment processing time will be no longer than 10 minutes.

How do I check my balance?
Dial an MCC Access Number and enter pin when prompted. The system will state your balance.

Are there any additional fees?
